We order from here on a regular basis with no issues in the past. Delicious food for Asian food in this city. We've never had any issues until today. We ordered 3 entrees of orange chicken, an order of cheese wontons, and an order of beef Lo'mein for a family of 5. With tax and tip $58. The driver was very nice and curious. The order however was incorrect giving us one less steamed rice and beef chow mein instead of beef Lo'mein. When we called the restaurant to speak to the manager he asked which platform we used for the online order which had been the same one we've ordered off of for years with no problem. Then his excuse was we are very busy can we credit you for next time? Our kids were hungry and disappointed so we said NO we would like the order we asked for. He apologized and voiced he would send the steamed rice and beef Lo'mein that was missing. One hour later we received the delivery with 2 steamed e rice and NO beef Lo'mein!!!! We called again and the supervisor on duty voiced they were busy and asked for a credit for the next visit. We said No thank you, we won't be ordering again." We've had previous experiences working in the restaurant business. Stop with the excuse

Save your money. This place is total garbage. Food and service is horrible. The people working there have the worst attitudes. Food portions are small and everything is either undercooked or overcooked. You're better off grabbing panda express lol

I ordered from here tonight and the food was terrible. I ordered through UberEats and both entrees were missing the rice. The Happy Family entree was terrible missing chicken and the finest pieces of beef. The hot and sour soup didn’t taste right and the crunchy chips were fried in old oil. The only decent thing was the crab Rangoon’s. We will not be ordering from here again.

This isn't that old Chinese restaurant. This is the ✨️NEW PANDA 🐼 HOUSE Restaurant✨️. Food is delicious and hot and fresh. It's super clean, and the waitress is super nice 😊we finally found a Chinese restaurant in our neighborhood that is clean, and the food is delicious. Thank you PANDA 🐼 crew.

First time trying this restaurant and I loved it😸. I ordered the coconut shrimp lunch special and it has been the best coconut shrimp I have ever had locally from a Chinese restaurant. The girl in the front even gave us two free medium hot and sour soups to try since the lunch specials dont have the soup included. I will definitely come back to try other entrées.
